Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles--staple of '90s Saturday morning cartoons--are back and as cool as ever. You can throw a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles party your kids are sure to love--without blowing your budget.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

 • Gray cardstock
 •
Faux brick wall
 •
Pinata
 •
Pizza
 •
Punch and cake ingredients

Step1
Fold a piece of gray cardstock in half for each Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles party invitation. Cut out an almost complete circle, stopping before the fold so that when you are done you have a circular card that opens. Decorate the cover like a manhole. On the inside, write a Ninja Turtle-worthy invite, such as "Cowabunga Dude! It's Jimmy's party and you are totally invited!"
Step2
Decorate for your Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles party. Hang corrugated cardboard that looks like red brick walls. Spray paint graffiti on it, adding the name of the birthday boy or girl.
Step3
Play games like "Pin the Mask on the Ninja Turtle" and have a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle pinata full of goodies.
Step4
Serve pizza. Make it fun by creating single size pizzas using english muffins. Have a pizza bar and let each guest add their own toppings. Heat under the broiler for 5-10 minutes and everybody's happy!
Step5
Make Ninja Turtle Green Slime Punch by combining:
1 pkg. sweetened lime Kool-Aid
1 quart water
2 bottles 7-Up
1 package frozen mixed fruit
1 package lime sherbet
Step6
Make a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles pizza cake! Bake a large round cake and cover it with red icing (add a few drops of red to store-bought white frosting). Top it with shredded white chocolate (for the "cheese") and top with slices of fruit or pieces of candy to look like a pizza.

Tips & Warnings

 • See if you can garner some small pizza boxes from your local pizza parlor. Use them in place of goodie bags for guests to take home.
