Things You'll Need:
- 5 ripe avocados
- <br>1/2 red onion
- <br>1 jalapeño (optional)
- <br>1 cup fresh cilantro
- <br>2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- <br>1 teaspoon salt
- <br>1/8 tsp. black pepper

Step 1
Cut the avocado in half and scoop the flesh out of avocados. Cut them into 1/2-inch pieces.

Step 2
Chop the onion, jalepeno, and cilantro.

Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl, leaving the avocado as chunky or smooth as you prefer.

Serve with tortilla chips or dollop onto tacos, fajitas or other foods.
