How to Make a Face Mask

Place a tablespoon of yogurt into a small bowl. Yogurt contains good bacteria to combat acne and also moisturizes and lightly exfoliates. It provides a base for this mask recipe.

Choose one of the following, depending upon your skin type, and add:
-A few drops of lime juice (for oily/acne-prone skin). Lime de-greases the face and helps turn over new skin cells.
-One tablespoon of honey (for dry skin). Honey is moisturizing.
-One tablespoon canned pumpkin (for wrinkles/older skin). Pumpkin contains tons of vitamin A for exfoliation and wrinkle-reduction.
-If you have normal skin, choose any one of the above.

Mix the ingredients together in the bowl with a spoon.

Apply to face and let dry 15 minutes. Sit back, relax and just rest or read a magazine while you wait. This is your "me" time!

Rinse well with warm and then cool water. Follow with a light, non-irritating moisturizer.

Tips & Warnings
If any irritation develops, immediately rinse off mask with cool water.
