Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Frying pan
  •
Butter
  •
Egg
  •
Spatula
  •
Salt
  •
Pepper
  1. Step 1

Turn the stove on to medium heat and add two scoops of butter to the frying pan. Let the butter melt a bit.

  2. Step 2

As soon as the butter starts to melt (about twenty seconds), crack the eggs into the pan. Carefully monitor the eggs as they get hot quickly and can smoke up the kitchen.

  3. Step 3

The trick to making eggs crispy is the extra butter and the extra heat. Therefore, you will need to cook them for less time than you normally would. Do not leave the eggs unattended.

  4. Step 4

When the edges of the egg look light brown and crispy, remove them from the pan with spatula. Immediately put the pan in the sink and run water on it to cool down.

  5. Step 5

Add salt and pepper to taste and enjoy crisp fried eggs.
