Your metabolism is what makes your body burn calories. The faster your metabolism, the more calories you burn. If you want to lose weight, it is important to boost you metabolism as much as possible.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Step1
Eat breakfast. Nothing boosts your metabolism like eating a good breakfast within an hour of waking up.
Step2
Try to start off your day with a quality protein, like eggs or peanut butter.
Step3
Eat small meals throughout the day. This keeps your metabolism fueled.
Step4
Avoid diets the require you to starve yourself. When your body goes into starvation mode, your metabolism gets slower and you burn less calories.

on 9/24/2008 excellent tips....a lot of people don't realize the importance of eating to boost metabolism. Include exercise to keep the fire stoked as well !
