Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Massage oil or baby oil
  1. Step 1

Remove any rings from your hands. Pour a bit of oil onto the palm of one hand and vigorously rub your hands together to soften them and increase blood flow.

  2. Step 2

Decide which hand you want to massage first. Starting with the thumb of that hand, gently but firmly massage each finger using a pulling motion from the base to the tip. Finish at the pinkie.

  3. Step 3

Go back to the thumb. Using the thumb and forefinger of the opposite hand, squeeze and massage the joints. Repeat with each finger.

  4. Step 4

Using the tips of your thumb and forefinger, massage the outer edges of your palm by lightly pinching them. Pay special attention to the space between your thumb and forefinger.

  5. Step 5

Grasp your hands together, as if you were praying. Using the opposing hand, bend the hand backward to stretch it. Turn it in a clockwise, then counter-clockwise motion.

  6. Step 6

Grab all four of your fingers (but not your thumb) and squeeze them in a wringing motion starting at the tips of your fingers. Work your way down to the back of your hand. Repeat on the other hand.
