  • Baking soda
  • Lemon juice
  • Fluoride toothpaste

    How to Whiten Your Teeth Using Lemon Juice

  1. Step 1

    Brush and floss your teeth like you would usually.

  2. Step 2

    Put baking soda and one drop of lemon juice onto your toothbrush.

  3. Step 3

    Brush your teeth a second time with the lemon juice and baking soda mixture.

  4. Step 4

    Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.

  5. Step 5
