Go to the pink bedroom and look towards the fireplace. Here it is said that the "blue boy" or "radiant boy" appears to visitors. The story goes that when renovating the fireplace, a young boy's bones were found buried in the wall and now his moans and cries can be heard throughout the castle.

At dark, take a walk outside and listen for the sounds of ancient soldiers walking in the courtyard. Use your digital recorder here to see if you can capture the sounds of their footsteps.

Call out to John Sage. A famous Chillingham castle torturer, it is said that his evil spirit still dwells here and toys with visitors.
