How to Use Numerology Personal Year 1
Everyone goes through nine-year cycles that are determined by their personal year number. Your personal year number is determined by combining your birth date with the current year. You add the digits of the month and day together until you reduce it to one digit. So, if you were born May 21, that's 5+2+1, which equals 8. Then add the digits of the year in question until you get one digit. 2009 gives you 2+9, which equals 11, which reduces to 2. Add the 8 and the 2 together and you get 10, and that reduces to 1. That makes your personal year number 1 during 2009.

Tips & Warnings
You'll be enthusiastic about anything new, but pick and choose your projects so that you don't overwhelm yourself.
You'll also want to recommit to the things you're bringing along with you from the past nine-year cycle. Remake and honor your commitments.
Remember that you have nine years in this cycle; you don't have to do everything today.
Don't let yourself get overwhelmed. You can't really do it all and still have time to eat and rest.
Be picky. Don't start so many things that you aren't able to finish them all. Anything left hanging will stay around to haunt you.
Make sure you eat right and get enough sleep. You're burning a lot of energy!
