This article describes the basics in regards to creating a simple, stir-fry sauce. This sauce is great on chicken and vegetables. It is created using just three ingredients.

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 cup of soy sauce
  • 2 cups of low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Medium mixing bowl
  • Whisk

    How to Make Chicken Stir-Fry Sauce

  1. Step 1

    In the medium mixing bowl, add the two cups of low-fat mayonnaise.

  2. Step 2

    Pour in the one cup of soy sauce.

  3. Step 3

    Whisk the soy sauce and mayonnaise together very well until there are no clumps.

  4. Step 4

    Chop the clove of garlic and add to the mixture in the bowl.

  5. Step 5

    Whisk again one more time until the garlic is fully absorbed in the mixture.

  6. Step 6

    Refrigerate for one hour and spoon onto vegetables or chicken while cooking. Enjoy!
