1 tablespoon uncooked rice per bottle (more or less)
Dish detergent
cold water
funnel
Step1
Place bottles in your sink
Step2
Take dirty bottle, rinse out any large debris that is visible and leave about one inch cold water in the bottom of the bottle.
Step3
add no more than half of a teaspoon of liguid dish detergent. (Any more and you'll be rinsing for hours)
Step4
add about one tablespoon uncooked rice and begin shaking vigorously
Step5
Rinse with equal parts warm water and white vinegar to remove soap residue.
Step6
If there are still stubborn stains, I suggest letting them soak over night with a combination of about a 1/4 cup white vinegar and a couple of teaspoons of baking soda. Do not cover the top of bottle. Ingredients will fizz, this is normal. Leave it over night and conduct the previous mentioned steps in this article.
Tips & Warnings
if vinegar isnt around, lemon juice also works great !
DONT USE HOT WATER, IT CAUSES THE RICE TO SOFTEN AND STICK TO THE BOTTOM OF THE BOTTLE AND IT ISNT ABLE TO MOVE FREELY AND CLEANSE THE BOTTLE.
