Sparkpeople.com is a website tool that you can use to help you lose weight. This is a free website that allows you to keep track of your calories, keep a journal and social page to communicate with other spark people users, as well as other diet related tools.

      The first step to using sparkepeople.com is to record your fast break goals. You need to choose three simple goals to get you started such as drinking water, stretching, or writing in a journal. There are numerous eating, fitness and motivation-related goals for you to choose from.

      Use the meals and nutrition planner by recording everything you eat using the Add A Food tool. You can have a recommended meal plan displayed giving you a guide of what to eat, or you can just record foods as you go.

      Use the My Fitness tool to record your daily activities. There will be recommended exercises for you to do each day, that you should follow. Check them off as you do them. You can change and alter your daily goals if you need to.
