Things You'll Need:
- Pen and Paper
- Computer
-
Step 1
Before you stop officially using Weight Watchers, write down as much information as you can. This information would include food points, how many points you have been allotted per day and week, activity points and any recipes that you have found while using Weight Watchers.
-
Step 2
Using a spreadsheet on your computer, keep track of your information as you would if you were using Weight Watchers. This will help you to become aware if you are going off of your Weight Watchers diet or not exercising enough. Doing this on your computer will make things easier than if you simply try to remember your daily activities in your head.
-
Step 3
Create new goals for yourself and try to reach those goals. Weight Watchers will automatically create weight loss goals for you when you begin using the system. When you've stopped using Weight Watchers, make new goals such as losing a few extra pounds, working out more during the week or becoming physically stronger.
-
Step 4
Continue buying Weight Watchers food items. You don't need to actually be using Weight Watchers to buy food that is either produced by Weight Watchers or has Weight Watchers information on the label. These items are all over your local grocery store. Continue using these items even after you've stopped officially using Weight Watchers.
-
Step 5
Search the Internet for Weight Watchers food points. You don't need to be a member of Weight Watchers to find this information. Simply search for Weight Watchers food points on your favorite search engine and you will come up with plenty of links.
