Personalized gifts are the way to go if you want to impress someone with your thoughtfulness and let them know you really care enough to put in some effort and creativity. Whether it's for Mother's Day a birthday, or just for fun, personalized postage stamps are a really unique way to showcase a favorite photo and share that memory with others. Want to know how? Things You'll Need:

  • A digital photo file
  • A computer with Internet access
  • Credit card

    How to Get Personalized Postage Stamps

  1. Step 1

    Start by looking through your photos. Find one or two that have great color and composition. Scan them to a digital format if they are not already a digital photo.

  2. Step 2

    Go to Stamps.com and click on the Photo Stamps tab at the top of the page.

  3. Step 3

    Click on the Create Photostamps button to begin.

  4. Step 4

    Now you get to upload your photo. Hit the browse button to locate you file and upload.

  5. Step 5

    The next screen shows you how your stamp will look. Move or crop the image as needed so that it fits into the stamp template properly. Once you have it all set, click Next and you are ready to order. Simple!

Tips & Warnings
  • Have a few photos ready to choose from in case you don't like how they look once you get to the stamp template.
  • This makes a great gift for stamp collectors, so present them in a nice frame
  • Although stamps.com is recommended, there are some additional sites that offer personalized stamps. I have included some links below.
