Things You’ll Need:

  • Microsoft Outlook with Exchange Server
Step1
Make sure Microsoft Outlook is open and ready to work on.

Click on "Tools" and choose "Options."
Step3
In the "Options" palette, click on the "Delegates" tab.
Step4
Click on "Add'" to choose your delegates.
Step5
Now, pick any number of delegates that you wish to assign. Once you are done, click on "OK" to complete the task.

Tips & Warnings

  • You can enable multiple delegates to send items on your behalf.
  • This is different from giving someone else permission to open your mailbox items.
  • Assigning multiple delegates increases the risk of exposure to spam targets.
