The Daily Plate

The Daily Plate is a great website for tracking what you eat, as well as sharing your healthiest recipes with others. When using The Daily Plate to track how healthy you are eating, you may eventually run into a scenario where the item you ate is not available on The Daily Plate. Maybe it is a unique recipe, or perhaps it is your own special twist on a recipe that is already listed. Either way, if you want to accurately track the food you are eating, you will want to add your new menu item into the database at The Daily Plate. This is much easier than it sounds.

      Nutritional information

On the next screen, enter as much nutritional information as you can for the menu item you are adding. You do not need to be intimidated by this step. Fill out as much as you can, and someone else will add to it later on.
