The cookie press is a great tool to make the always popular spritz cookies. Use the cookie press to make your favorite cookies in a variety of shapes, while keeping a uniform size. Does this Spark an idea?

Things You'll Need

  • Cookie dough
  • Cookie press
  • Cookie press attachments
  • Cookie sheet, chilled

Instructions

    • 1

      Make cookie dough.

      Pull plunger rod all the way out. To pull plunger rod, squeeze silver tab down and pull plunger out using white wheel.

      Fill the cookie press with cookie dough.

    • 4

      Screw cookie disc with smooth side facing out, using your favorite shapes.

      Push plunger rod until cookie dough is packed and ready to go.

    • 6

      Place cookie press directly on chilled cookie sheet. The cookie disc should be pressed against the cookie sheet.

      Squeeze trigger firmly to make a cookie.

Tips & Warnings

  • Each pull of the trigger equals one cookie.

  • Do not grease cookie sheet or cookies will stick or burn.

  • Pulling the trigger more than once will cause dough to spread and lose shape.
