Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Natural peanut butter
  • Soy milk
  • Banana
  • Chocolate syrup
  • Ice
  • Blender
  • Granola
  1. Step 1

Add 2 tsbp. of peanut butter into your blender. Be sure to use natural peanut butter, as other peanut butters are filled with sugar.

  2. Step 2

Add 2 tbsp. of granola into the blender. This will add a grainy texture to your shake and increase its "healthy factor."

  3. Step 3

Peel an entire banana and place it in the blender. There is no need to chop the banana, the blender will do that for you.

  4. Step 4

Squirt a bit of chocolate sauce into the blender. Be sparse with this ingredient, indulging in too much chocolate defeats the purpose of this healthy treat.

  5. Step 5

Add one half cup of soy milk and a little bit of ice. Blend until it is a thick liquid. Pour and enjoy.
