How to walk away after getting hit by a car
Getting hit by a car is more likely to happen than getting attacked by a shark or being in a plane crash. Especially if you’re not in the ocean or the sky. But that doesn’t mean it has to be equally as deadly. You can walk away after getting hit by a car with some simple preparation. Here’s how.

1
Go with the flow. Unless you can dodge the car that’s about to hit you, accept that you are going to get hit and relax your body so you don’t jar anything.
-
2
Curl into a ball. As you go rolling across the hood or flying through the air, try to curl into a ball to protect your head and major organs.

3
Pay attention to where you’re landing. Staying curled in that ball, watch where you are being hurled. If possible, deflect yourself from landing in crushed grass, a burning garbage heap or off the side of a cliff.
-
4
Lay still for a few moments after you’ve been hit. Slowly wiggle every part of your body to make sure you still can.
-
5
Slowly stand up and walk away, but not before getting the driver's information so you can sue them if necessary.

Tips & Warnings
All this is happening in milliseconds, so you may want to prepare by mentally reviewing the steps while you’re walking down the street.
The best defense against any kind of physical trauma is to keep yourself fit, healthy, strong and in shape with regular exercise and good eating.
If you cannot wiggle everything you are supposed to, do not get up and walk away but wait for help. You can do more damage to yourself if you move when you should not.
