How to choose a hat that suites your face shape.

Hats can be very helpful in keeping the sun out of our eyes and off our skin. Baseball caps are comfortable but can be too casual for some events. Or maybe you just want to break away from the regular baseball hat once in a while. If you are any thing like me, I get self conscious when wearing a hat. Here is a guide to help you find a hat that fits your face shape.

2. If you have a oval face: Most hat shapes will suit your face proportions. So choose one you feel confident in wearing, or it will stay in the closet. A simple solid color hat may look best.
3. If you have a long face. Choose a hat that has a wide brim and low crown that off sets the length of a long face.
4. If you have a round face: Balance the roundness of your face with a hat that has a good, high crown and medium sized brim. A short crown and a small brim hat will your face look more round.
5. If you have a heart shaped face: Most hats will look good on a heart shaped face. however a medium sized brim rather than a wide brim on your hat will prevent your jaw line from looking too narrow.
