This is probably the most common way to hook up a dvd player to an older television without a/v jacks.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

    Just as a quick tip, the device will convert the output of your DVD player into a signal that can travel over the coaxial cable.

  2. Step 2

    Hook the composite output of your DVD player to the RF modulator, and the RF modulator coaxial output to your TV.

  3. Step 3

    # Select whether you want the image displayed on channel 3 or channel 4 on your TV.

  4. Step 4

    Tune your TV to the chosen channel. And WALA!!!

Tips & Warnings
  • Get the RF Module from radio shack, or if all else fails, ebay.
