1. Call every chance you get. Call if you get a phone call from an unknown number, to see ask if they just called. If they do not return your phone calls, that means that they are out, do not have caller ID, or if it is a cell, they were in an area where there was no connection. It could not possible be because they are not into you.

2. Send an IM every chance you get. As soon as they log in, send them an IM to let this special person know you were thinking about them. When you notice that they all of a sudden appear offline, start sending them emails. It could not possibly be because they are not into you.

3. When you notice they do not email you back on their personal email, start emailing them at work. Maybe they have been working late! Yeah, that's why they never answer their phone, log into IM, or answer your emails. It can't possible be because they are not into you.

4. You see one of their friends out and about. You bombard them with questions about such and such, asking if they are diggin you, if they are dating other people (as if you have a right to know...you two are NOT serious after a first date). Come on now! What do you think? This person will never go back and tell you were asking a ton of questions about them.

5. When you finally run into this person, you start to think that just MAYBE they are not into you. You ask this person if something is wrong, if they had a good time when you went out on the first and only date about three days ago. You pretty mush ask the same insecure questions as you did the night of the date, because you are, well, an insecure person.

6. You finally get the truth...that this person is NOT feelin you. You just had to hear it for yourself instead of tuning in to all the clues.

Tips & Warnings

• Never call more than once a day-even less if the phone call goes unreturned. give them time...and space.
• Do not continually chase after someone. Give them time to pursue as well. If you take away the fun of pursuit, they will lose interest QUICK
• Never ask if someone had a good time. Just assume it!
• Never ask if something is wrong because someone has not returned your call in a couple of days! Don't come off as insecure and negative
• Don't ask their friends about their situation. You should ask this person upfront. You come off as lame and once again insecure. And anyway, after a first date, what makes you think you have the right to know?
