Want to use the best connection on the Playstation 3, but can not get it too work? this will show you the two ways to do it.

Instructions

Difficulty: Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • PS3
  • HDMI Cable
  • PS3 Remote
  • HDTV

Step1
First Connect only the HDMI Cable from the back of the HDTV To the back of the PS3.
Step2
Now Hold the Power button on the front of the System, it will beep at first how it about 4-5 seconds until it has beeped again. This *Should* have made the PS3 AutoDetect the output setting.
Step3
If you still have no picture you get to go this route.
Step4
Connect both the AV Multi out (Red White and Yellow) and the HDMI to the tv at the same time. Now be sure to have the TV set to the Red/White/Yellow input (usually just called A/V).

Tips & Warnings

  • Turn on the system and in the cross menu go to display settings and turn on HDMI and set it to your TV's compatible resoulution.
  • You know have 30 seconds to switch the TV's Input to the HDMI and Accept the current settings.
