Things You'll Need:
- 1 1/4th LB boneless skinless chicken breasts.
- 1 Lb packaged sliced bacon.
- 2/3rd cup packed brown sugar.
- 2 tablespoons chili powder.

Step 1
Cut chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes or into strips. you should get 3 strips out of each breast depending on how big they are.

Step 2
Cut each bacon slice into thirds for cubes or leave whole for strips.

Wrap each chicken cube with bacon and secure with a wooden pick, or with strips wrap with whole bacon strip and secure at both ends.

Mix together brown sugar and chili powder.

Step 5
Dredge wrapped chicken in mixture.

Coat a rack and broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Step 7
Place chicken wrap on rack in broiler pan. Bake 350 for 30 to 35 minutes or until bacon is crisp.
Might need to change time a little bit for strips.
