Make a delicious Home made meatloaf!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 1 1/5 lbs. ground beef
  • 2 medium celery stalks, diced
  • 1/2 small onion, diced
  • 2 eggs
  • 8 slices bread
  • salt and pepper (opt)
  • 1/4 cup milk
  1. Step 1

    Preheat Oven to 350.

  2. Step 2

    Beat milk, eggs, celery, onion and salt/pepper in a large bowl until well blended.

  3. Step 3

    Rip or tear bread into small pieces and mix will into egg mixture.

  4. Step 4

    Using hands, knead uncooked ground beef into bread and egg mixture until blended thoroughly.

  5. Step 5

    Place in loaf pan and press to even across top.

  6. Step 6

    Bake for one hour.

  7. Step 7

    Remove from oven and drain excess grease.

  8. Step 8

    Top with catsup and bake 10 minutes more

  9. Step 9

    Serves 4-6.

Tips & Warnings
  • The leaner the ground beef you use, the less grease you will have to drain off from it!
