1. To send out the absolute quickest and easiest party invitations, go to www.evite.com. Click on create invitations. Choose from the hundreds of invites.
2. Enter your details. Name, telephone number, address, date, start time.
3. Import or write all email addresses of those you wish to invite. Then finalize invitation and send.
4. This website automatically keeps a count of who is coming. Guests can RSVP and write notes to you and each other. There is even a carpool page. I used this great tool for a College Sorority Reunion and people from Florida, Wisconsin and Arizona replied and talked to each other. It was a great success.
