Things You'll Need:
- A desire to look good walking away.
-
Step 1
Make sure you're getting your cardio. You can't spot reduce fat, and that includes the fat on the tush. So if you're looking to reduce the dimples in this area, you have to make sure you're burning fat. Choose a cardio routine you enjoy and try to incorporate that into your lifestyle for 30 minutes a day - at least five days a week.

Step 2
Remember that your butt workout doesn't have to be "same ole, same ole." There are some unique exercises you can do to improve the shape of your caboose without straining your joints or even going to the gym. Try these simple exercises ** find a chair or a counter to balance yourself. Leave your legs straight but extend one leg behind you as far as you can and hold that pose for a count of ten, return your foot to the floor and repeat at least ten times. Then do the other side. Concentrate on flexing your glutes as you do this exercise - you'll see results in no time. Try the plie squat and squeeze -- stand with your heels together, squat slightly - just enough to flex the knees - then return to standing while squeezing your butt muscles for a count of ten, repeat ten times. And lastly, try the Butt Bridge - Lying on your back with your knees bent, lift your hips off the floor while keeping your back straight. Remember to keep your glutes tight!

Step 3
Finally - take care of your skin in this area. Regular exfoliation and moisturizing will help combat the cottage cheese and keep your tush in tip top condition.
