Step 1
SingingDo you like to sing? Sometimes when I get so mad/stressed I pick out some karaoke songs I like and start singing, because it's my passion and it usually helps me feel better.

car radioGo for a drive to your favorite store/mall, or just go for a drive in your car to town/city and blast your music and jam to it. I've done that when I've gotten mad/stressed at something or someone, and it helps too.

Step 3
JournalDo you write poems? Or in a journal? Jot down and vent out your feelings. This helps as well and after I do that, I usually just lay in my bed and vent to myself, sounds silly but you feel alot better after you get it out of your system.

CallEmail your phone your closest friend, and tell them ahead of time that you just need to vent, even a friend just listening really helps. Depending on the friend, they either lend you their ear or sometimes their ear and a little advice.
