1. Having a website can help you promote anything from information about you to a product/service.
2. Search the web. There are many free sites,including freewebs.com.
3. Look at the packages they offer. It will include a site builder which will help you, step by step, to set up the pages, link pages, etc. it is really very easy to do.
4. If you are in need of something more sophisticated, godaddy.com & yahoo are my advice. They are both very helpful and resolve all questions. There is a charge to host here.
