Things You'll Need

  • 2 tbsp. Old Bay Seasoning
  • 4 tbsp. lime juice
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp. parsley flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/8 cup Italian dressing
  • Large bowl

Instructions

    • 1

      Combine the vegetable oil, Old Bay Seasoning, parsley flakes, black pepper, onion powder, Italian dressing and lime juice in a large bowl.

      Set aside about 1/8 cup of the mixture for basting if you are grilling the chicken.

      Put 2 pounds of boneless chicken breast into a heavy zip-lock bag and pour in the marinade. Set in the refrigerator for a half hour and grill on the barbecue or broil in the oven. For grilling, brush on the remaining marinade from step 2.
