How to Make an Easy Spicy Marinade For Chicken

This marinade recipe gives chicken a delicious and unique flavor. Perfect for grilled chicken breasts and thigh meat.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Old Bay Seasoning
  • lime juice
  • vegetable oil
  • parsley flakes
  • onion powder
  • black pepper
  • Italian dressing
  1. Step 1

    In a mixing bowl combine 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 2 tablespoons of Old Bay Seasoning, 2 teaspoons parsley flakes, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper and a half teaspoon onion powder and 1/8 cup Italian Dressing.

  2. Step 2

    Squeeze 4 tablespoons of fresh lime juice in to the above mixture, set aside about 1/8 cup for basting if you are grilling.

  3. Step 3

    Add two pounds of boneless chicken breast into a heavy zip lock bag and pour in marinade. Set in the refrigerator for half an hour and grill on the BBQ or broil in oven.
