Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Large bowl safe for boiling water
  • Hot water
  • Table Salt
  • Something to pour with that won't spill--a tea kettle is great!
  1. Step 1

Put the table cloth over the bowl so that the stain is right in the center of the bowl.

  2. Step 2

Cover the stain with plain old table salt. Make sure the whole stain is covered well.

  3. Step 3

Pour boiling water over the salt a little at a time. Keep pouring until the stain washes completely away. Wash as usual.

Tips & Warnings
  • Use a heat proof bowl to do this.
  • Make sure that whatever you pour with will not spill over.
