Caribou Lou is the greatest party drink anyone so bold as to host a social gathering for America's young people can make. Originating in Kansas City, MO and made infamous in rapper Tech N9ne's track "Caribou Lou", this can be the perfect drink to follow a long day at work. But most importantly, this drink ensures everyone at your function has an outstanding time. For those who truly like to party, or consider what Tech N9ne makes to be 'music', this mixed drink is for you!

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 151 Proof Rum
  • Coconut Rum
  • Pineapple Juice
  • Responsibility/Morals
  1. Step 1

Caribou Lou can be made as a single mixed drink, or in a larger volume for any social gathering. First, decide in what context this fine beverage is to be enjoyed.

  2. Step 2

Caribou Lou is 1 1/2 parts 151-proof rum, 1 part coconut rum, and 5 parts pineapple juice. Combine these ingredients together in a mixing container of your choosing.

  3. Step 3
Lou + Cooler = Fun Party
Lou + Cooler = Fun Party

Shake this magnificent concoction together thoroughly, whether it be in a cocktail strainer or some sort of 5 gallon water cooler. Remember to add crushed ice at some point; this can be done before or after mixing the drink.

  4. Step 4

Sometimes a slice of pineapple can be a nice touch, but no one will probably remember in the morning anyway. Serve cold in the glass of preference, and enjoy!

Tips & Warnings
  • 151 proof rum is basically the distilled urine of Lucifer, and should be consumed in a responsible way.
  • This drink can become extremely dangerous if consumed in even a slightly reckless manner.
  • Females beware - you do not need more than 1 cup, it's a matter of personal safety.
  • Don't Drink and Drive.
