Unfortunately the only way to save videos for offline viewing is to download them from a desktop computer, convert them to the iPod format, then sync them, which is quite tedious. Jailbroken iPod touch or iPhone
Wireless internet or EDGE

Step2

Open the installer app and add sleepers.net/iphonerepo to your list of sources

Step3

Locate and install MxTube from the Multimedia category

Step4

Once installed, you can open MxTube from your springboard and download movies directly onto your iPod

Tips & Warnings

Don't close the MxTube app while videos are in the process of being downloaded or the downloads will fail
Make sure you have enough room to download videos
Delete all videos before uninstalling MxTube
