Warm weather is coming and who wouldn't like to put on an itsy bitsy bikini and flaunt it at the beach, or maybe just be able to fit into your summer shorts? This article will give you tips on how to jump start your weightloss before summer is officially here.

  • Stereo or radio
  • Sweats
  • Water

Step1
There are many tips on how to tighten your abs or slim your waistline. The first thing you need to do, however, is to examine your daily diet. Most people are surprised at how many calories they consume in a day. By being aware of what you put into your mouth, you can guarantee success at how much weight comes off of your body.
Step2
The biggest factor in many people's failure to lose weight is their consumption of carbonated beverages. Stop drinking soda, now. Whether it is diet, caffeine free, or just carbonated water, stop!
Step3
Start drinking lots of water. You should be getting between 8 and 10 glasses of water a day. This will keep you hydrated, fill you up and give you the stamina to keep going.
Step4
Carbohydrates are also a huge factor in affecting your ability to lose weight. Many of us are carbohydrate addicts. I am not telling you to go on the "Atkins" diet, but be cautious about how many carbs you intake and make sure they are "good" carbs such as vegetables and whole grains.
Step5
Eat a lot of fiber. This will clean out your intestines, help you feel better and make you feel thinner, which is what most of us need to be spurred on. We need to feel successful in order to be successful. You may also want to check your local pharmacy or online for a reputable colon cleanse. They are wonderful for helping you lose weight and rid your body of toxins.
Step6
One of the MOST important keys to successful weight loss is probably the simplest, but can be the hardest to get started at: exercise. Just begin by walking as much as you can. Park at the back of the parking lot at Wal-Mart or the grocery store. Take the stairs instead of the elevator or escalator. Turn on the stereo while you clean the house. This can make it fun. You don't need to do aimless routines to get exercise. Get some actual work done and lose weight at the same time.
Step7
When you are bored and feel like snacking, paint your finger nails instead. Call a friend to go walking with you. Join a gym. Do anything but fill your face. If you put into effect, even half of these suggestions, I guarantee you will be looking good and feeling great by Summer!
