Step2
Make sure to always cover your mouth when coughing and sneezing. Remember to teach your children how important this is during flu season to follow this rule; they are vulnerable to this flu.
Step3
Do not try to go to School or Work. If you have to go to the store to get any medications, have a friend or family member get it for you.

Try to keep you hands away from your eyes, mouth, and nose. That is how those germs are spread. If you must touch your eyes, mouth, and nose be sure to wash your hands first.
Step5
Stay away from anyone that may be sick. If you must be around them keep a good distance from them and make sure you wash your hands after visiting them.
Step6
