1. Visit Eckley Miners Village and see what Hazleton was like in it's hayday.
2. Go shopping at the Laurel Mall
3. Take a stroll in downtown Hazleton. Check out City Hall and the Library
4. Go golfing at one of at least 3 golf courses in the immediate area
5. Enjoy some Senapes Pitza and Senape's Tavern or try a hotdog at Jimmy's quicklunch
6. Go to any one of the fine drinking establishments. Your guranteed to feel good for as little as $5.
7. Have dinner and a movie at the Key Theatre. Where for the same price as a movie at the cinema near the mall you can have a beer and fries with your movie.
8. In the winter go sking/snow tubing over at Eagle Rock Ski Resort. Eagle Rock Golf and Ski Resort offers 12 slopes, each lighted for night skiing or snowboarding.
9. Go sky diving at the Hazleton Airport
10. Mountain Speedway offer an exiting racing venue
11. Bet on some horses at off-track betting or play bingo at many of the area's bingo parlors.
12. If your in the mood for adult entertainment, be sure to check out the many men's clubs in the area. One local favorite is called the "Pleasure Dome"
13. Get money for your junked car!! Get a car part you always wanted at "harry's you pull it" in west hazleton.
