How to be happy for longer

How to stumble upon happiness and hold on to it for more than a day or two.

Things You’ll Need:

Step1
Whatever is causing your your restlessness, step away from it for at least two weeks. It could be a relationship, job, family or friends.
Step2
If you step away, and you lose what was causing you grief, it was really not going to bring you joy in the first place. So think about you loss whilst realising that you took the shortcut to the end.
Step3
Do something that you instictively do not want to do, like go out with friends, try a new sport, change jobs etc. You will find the unexpected surprise of enjoying it.
Step4
Realise that your experiece of joy can only be repeated if you give it another chance, but it does not necessarily have to be the same person or thing. For example if you went sky diving and loved it, you could also experience this feeling if you went skate boarding. Give everything a chance to bring you joy.
Step5
Keep moving forward and believe in everything that you do, believe that you are happy doing it. It is your trained mind that tells you don't enjoy doing an activity. Start experiencing things anew.
