Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Things You’ll Need:
- puppy training pads.
- bowls and puppy food
- lots o water
- baby puppy bed
Step1
Make sure you have all you puppy products!!!!
Intorduce your puppy to his new home. Make sure you have all the puppy supplies you need to provide for your little guy. This includes: Water and food bowl, a kennel or small gated cage, a nice bed, chew toys, food, and whatever else you might need.
Step2
Let your puppy get comfy. If you have kids, make sure they limit the play time with the new puppy. Remember, he's growing and needs plenty of sleep and rest. Limit the time to certain sets throughout the day.
Also, make sure to have plenty of water provided all day. You might want to remove his water at night so he doesn't drink and piddle all over.
If he is really little, to prevent wetting, lie puppy piddle pads around his sleep and play area.
Step3
A happy, healthy puppy!
To pottytrain, set certain times to bring him out to do his duty. Reward him and praise him after he goes. At night, wake up and bring him out. Soon he'll go to the door to tell you he has to pee in no time!
Keep your pup in good shape. Walk him and let him run around. If he looks tired, bring him in to rest. This will reward you with a happy puppy. Don't forget regular vet visits! He'll be updated on shots and checkups.
