hi i am glad that you are intrested in solar power!
the first step is to notice the trafic boards when you are on a road or trueway. on the back of the board their should be a name of a company. around me it is Wanco.

Step2

the solar panels are aways working but the glass above them is shatered so they have less of an output. they typicly produce about 30 watts of power as i have tested. the ones that are not shatered produce 60 watts and cost about $200-$300 dollars.

call the company and ask them to save the solar panels for you. they save them for me. they typicly trow them away, because the insurance pays for new ones.

Step4

when you go their you want to take it all so they like you even better. i usualy bring them some refreshments when i go. if they tell you no, be polite and curtious. as well remember that they can tell you who else is willing to save them for you.
and remember that if you tell them you are going to come, make sure that you go!

Step5

some times the company will as well want you to take something else. take it so that you can make a good relationship with them unless it is very big. remember that you can always toss it away.
