At times we just don't get the sleep we need. Sometimes are body wants to sleep longer then we have time to sleep. If you find yourself overly fatigued during your day, here is a little something you can do.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Step1
Go to the bathroom.
Step2
Lower your head over the sink, but if your really tired try not to fall a sleep in the sink.
Step3
Turn the water on, preferably cold. The water does not need to touch you skin.
Step4
Take deep and easy breaths. Try to think about what is coming up in the day you like. Breathing in with the cold water running by your lungs should increase you body' s oxygen intake, giving you more energy for the rest of the day.
