Things You’ll Need:

  • MS Access
Step1
Query Window *Bring up your database, and bring the query Section to the screen.
Step2
*If you want to bring up a particular record, perform your query by searching the primary key for a certain value. For instance, if you have 10 records, with IDs 1-10, and you want to look up the record with ID 5, set the query to ID="5".
Step3
Report Window The single record should come up, and now you can generate your report.
