How to build a MUSCULAR chest

All you guys wouldn't mind having a chest like Arnold back in the day. I will admit I do, but realistically we are not all body builders. This how to, will teach how to improve your chest to make it more bulked up than ever before!

Things You’ll Need:

Step1
You have to know what makes the chest. There are two main muscles in the chest, pectoralis major and pectoralis minor. The Pectoralis major is the main chest muscle as the pectoralis minor is underneath that. It is crucial to train both muscles in your chest.
Step2
Pectoralis major can be trained with exercises such as, the bench press, chest flies and incline bench press. You can either use bars, dumb bells or machines to train the chest. An example of a pectoralis major work out is 3 sets of bench press, 3 sets of incline bench press and 3 sets of chest flies. If your looking to bulk up, start with 12 reps on the first set, 8 reps on the second and 4 to 6 reps on the last set. Always increase the weight per set.
Step3
Pectoralis minor is the hidden muscle in the chest that needs as much attention as the major muscle. The best exercise for the minor muscle is the dip exercises. If you can find a dip exercise that can add weight for resistance, that's even better. The decline bench press can help as well but not as effective.
Step4
If you really want to make that chest look pumped out, work out on the abs as well. A trim waist with a pumped up chest can really wow some people. Make sure every time you walk in the gym, you focus on being better than you were the last time. Always believe in improving, and the results will come.

Tips & Warnings

  • Be consistent with the routine
  • Workout harder than the last time
  • Do not do too much weight, always push yourself for 4 - 6 reps.
