Step1
Watch TV for at least 6 hours a day. Without breaks, unless it's to get more food or to go to the bathroom.
Step2
Use Lays, Doritos, or any other kind of junk food as your in-between-meals-meal 24/7.
Step3
Dream of eating chocolate cake in a nice, warm, bubble bath and then go out, buy a cake, cook it, and eat it in the bath just to see what it's like.
Step4
Say you're too lazy to go outside to take out the trash, but always get up to get a fresh bag of chips.
Step5
Be obsessed in something even you know you shouldn't be obsessed with.
Step6
Follow every one of these steps.
