Monster Trucks are Hot to look at but you might be limited by your potential market. No matter the price of gas there is a market out there in pursuit of a hobby in owning a unique vehicle.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Things You’ll Need:

  • word of mouth
  • location in high traffic area
  • small financial advertizing budget
  • a For Sale sign and contact number
Step1
impressive exhaust - burn baby burn! A Monster Truck is fun to have but not for everybody. Place the vehicle in a high traffic area. Place your phone number on the windshield and wait for the calls. Warning - you will receive many calls and tire kickers.
Step2
Keep your selling price reasonable and negotiable. Be honest with the person interested. Saying little is better than too much. Many Dealers will be interested but they will only offer less than half of what you are asking for.
Step3
Monster Trucks are more of a Hobby and at Local Town Parades. They are great for the ego. Ask for a small deposit and you will know whether the potential buyer is serious or not. Never assume anything. I am Glad to say that This baby of mine is now SOLD!

Tips & Warnings

  • Potential buyer should be at least 18 years or older. If they are younger then have their legal guardian purchase the vehicle.
  • Great for Muddin
  • Create a generic For Sale contract and indicate item being sold "AS IS" to protect the buyer and the seller. Many wives may not be happy in the purchasing of the deal.
