How to Import to Final Cut Pro

You’ve just completed a project in Apple Motion and you now want to place the project within Final Cut Pro without flipping through dozens of pages in a manual. There is a quick and easy way to import your project.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Computer
  • Final Cut Pro Software
  1. Step 1

    Drag the motion file into the Final Cut Pro timeline.

  2. Step 2

    Click on the File menu and select Import. Then select Files.

  3. Step 3

    Select the motion project when the dialog box opens.

  4. Step 4

    The project is now within the Final Cut Pro software.

  5. Step 5

    Review the clip, place it in your sequence and edit.
