Sometimes the simplest thing can seem impossible if we don't know the proper way to do it. Ending an acting audition correctly is a very easy task, but its best to go into your audition knowing exactly how you are going to do it.

Instructions

Difficulty: Moderately Easy

Step1
Finish your audition piece.
Step2
Make a slight gestural change to signify that the audition is over, such as relaxing your stance, raising your head, or taking a small step back.
Step3
Smile and look directly at the casting team.
Step4
Say "thank you very much."
Step5
Wait a moment to see if they need any more information.
Step6
Say goodbye and leave the audition space.

Tips & Warnings

  • Think of your "thank you" and "good bye" as business casual- not too formal and not too familiar.
  • Don't drag out your good bye.
