How to Find AIM Buddies on Facebook

Facebook makes it very easy for you to find friends on the website. One way you can add friends is by using your AIM Buddy List.

Things You'll Need

• AIM Account
• Facebook Account
• Internet

Instructions

1. Log onto your Facebook account. On the home page, search for the “People You May Know” section. From there, click on the link titled “see all.”

2. This will take you to the “Find Your Friends on Facebook” page. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page. There, you will see “Find People You IM.” Click on the link labeled “Check AIM Buddy List.”

3. Once you do this, your screen name will appear along with a blank box labeled “AIM Password.” Type your AIM password into this field and click on the “Find Friends” box underneath your password.

4. From here, those friends on your AIM Buddy List with Facebook will appear on your screen. Then, all you have to do is check the box next to those accounts you wish to add as Facebook friends. When you've done that, simply click on the box “Add as Friend” and friend requests will be sent out to those accounts that you checked.
