Whistling through your fingers is one of the loudest ways that you can whistle. Simply because you are creating the whistling hole with your fingers as opposed to using your lips, which allows far more air to pass through at a much more rapid pace—thus increasing the decibels of the whistle. These steps will show you how to whistle through your fingers, if you practice enough you will soon be whistling louder than ever before.

Difficulty: Moderately Challenging
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Press your forefinger and your index finger together on both hands like a v-formation.

  2. Step 2

Place both sets of fingers inside opposite sides of your mouth.

  3. Step 3

Use your fingers to bend your tongue backwards and over upon itself so the tip of your tongue is touching the middle of your tongue; make sure that both of your index fingers are meeting inside of your mouth to create the whistling hole.

  4. Step 4

Blow air through the fingers. This will take some time for you to get it right. But when you do you will hear a very loud whistle.

Tips & Warnings
  • This takes a whole lot of practice to get right.
