Things You'll Need:
- Base eyeshadow color that blends with your skin
- Darker color for contouring
- Eyeshadow brush
- Fan brush
-
Step 1
Dip your eyeshadow brush into your base color and apply from lash line to the brow bone. The color should be a shade lighter than your skin tone.
-
Step 2
Clean your brush and dip it into your darker contour color. Tap the brush on the side of the make-up container to clear the bristles of any excess eyeshadow.
-
Step 3
Starting from the outer corner of the eye, sweep the darker shadow into the crease of the eye. The color should be darker on the outer corner and fade into the inner corner.
-
Step 4
Clean the brush and use it to blend the color. There should be no harsh lines separating your contour color from your base color. The dark color in the crease should give the impression of a shadow.
-
Step 5
Use a fan brush to sweep any stray eyeshadow from the nose or cheek area.
