  • 8oz cranberry sauce
  • 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 3 tbsp. sugar
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 2 8oz packages of cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powered sugar
  • Two eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • Springform pan
  1. Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. In bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, crushed ginger cookies, sugar and flour with melted butter. Press into bottom and up sides of springform pan.

  2. Step 2

Melt chocolate chips in small saucepan slowly adding cranberry sauce until all chocolate is melted. Set aside.

  3. Step 3
